Formed by Rollo Ellison, Mischa Dhar, Zak de la Bedoyere, Ed Wing, and Lewis Rennie-Campbell.
Reme are a London-based band formed by Spanish expats and brits in their hometown. The band’s name is that of Daniel Ruiz’s mother, a Spanish au pair who moved to the 70s London of Wings’ Band on the Run, Elton John’s Honkey Chateau, and Bowie’s Ziggy Stardust. Forty years later, her son made the same trip to the UK, seeking the echoes of Jeff Lynne and Marc Bolan.
